Brilland Capital was founded in 2015.The shareholders are composed of Mr. Kevin Qian, Pingtan Huaye Emerging Investment Partnership (limited partnership), and Ningbo Infore Asset Management Co., Ltd.
Mr. Qian was awarded the Golden Bull Awards Private Investment Manager (3-year performance) by China Securities Journal in 2014.

Mr. Kevin Qian, the founder of the company, has over ten years of industrial experience and twenty years of securities industry experience.
He served as the executive deputy director of Huatai United Securities Research Institute, the deputy general manager and joint investment director of Infore Capital, and is currently the CEO and the chief investment officer of the company.
He graduated from Zhejiang University with Bachelor of Engineering and Master of business.
